Exploring Self in Nature At The Tate Modern


Exploring Self In Nature is a series of workshops that will allow participants to reflect and explore using nature, arts, and group sharing.

What this workshop series offers:

  • Reflect in nature: Participants will about different ways to connect and relate to nature for personal discovery and growth.

  • Get creative: Participants will have the opportunity to use clay, watercolours, and other arts materials to express themselves and explore - there is no need to be good at art!

  • Meet new people: Participants will have the opportunity to make new connections in a beautiful setting.

Workshop dates:

  • Thursday 2nd Nov - Thursday 14th Dec

  • 7-week course, every Thursday

  • 2 pm - 5.30 pm

  • Every Thursday

  • The final week will include a celebration

Who can participate:

  • This course is open to all adult clients at any Single Homeless Project service.

  • Please note this is not a drop-in course and participants must sign up with Lorena in advance of attending (see below)

  • Please ensure the person you are signing up or who is signing themselves up is committed to attending as places are limited.

  • Places will be allocated on a first come first basis.
