It’s Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas In Our Islington Services - Team ROC

Our Islington residents got stuck into munching on mince pies, satsumas and hot chocolate whilst decking the halls with ROC worker Charlotte and Service Manager Zoe Baxter. With a comical waste-not-want-not philosophy we managed to piece together two different pieces of artificial tree which got some laughs, meanwhile another group of residents got it’s own brand new fibre optic christmas tree! One resident loved the decorate-your-own christmas tree decorations and fillable baubles!

Over at another Service, our much-loved cleaner Maria got the decorations off to a cracking start which was followed up by three residents and ROC Worker Charlotte creating a massive four metre paper-chain, again, whilst enjoying some festive treats! We also got creative with some origami paper stars for the tree with one resident making a giant one to be displayed on the wall.

The SODEXO healthy eating grant also made an invaluable contribution to the christmas dinner at Milton House. Resident Gary is pictured enjoying his food here.

Thanks to financial contributions from fundraising - some christmas day treat bags were also put together and will go out!
