Black History Month Textiles Workshops - ArtHouse Project

Our ArtHouse Project had a lovely session with facilitator Natti, who led the Black History Month Textiles Workshops. The workshops were a great success are were held across 5 SHP services across London with up to 15 residents taking part. All residents made a tote bag with African printed fabric of their choice. It was an opportunity to teach residents sewing skills using sewing machines and to educate them on the variation of African printed fabric from Brixton Market.
